Total Gym Summer Camp<\/strong><\/p>\n Day 1: Strong Start ||<\/strong> Camp Kickoff!<\/strong><\/p>\n Maria Sollon MS, CSCS, PES<\/em><\/p>\n Welcome to Day 1 of Total Gym Summer Camp!\u00a0 <\/strong>Your fitness adventure officially begins!\u00a0<\/p>\n Remember that flutter of excitement before the first day of camp? A mix of nerves, anticipation, and can\u2019t-wait-to-get-started energy? That feeling still lives on\u2014only now, your playground is the Total Gym.<\/p>\n We\u2019re building more than muscle. We\u2019re dialing in strength from the inside out with a strong mindset included. Think of this as your launchpad into a week of feel-good movement and functional fitness, Total Gym style.<\/p>\n Today<\/strong>\u2019<\/strong>s mission<\/strong>:<\/strong> Channel that energy. Move with intention. Lock in your goals and let this strong start spark the momentum that carries you through the week.<\/p>\n Focus:<\/em><\/strong> Foundational strength & stability<\/em><\/p>\n Directions: <\/strong>Perform the exercises listed in circuit format, one after the other with minimal rest periods (target 15 seconds).\u00a0 Choose to perform either reps or time.\u00a0 Repeat 2 or more rounds based on your timing.<\/p>\n Sets:<\/strong> 2\u20133 Rounds<\/p>\n Reps: <\/strong>15-25 reps\/ exercise<\/p>\n Alternate Option:<\/strong> 45 sec work \/ 15 sec transition<\/p>\n Set Up<\/strong><\/p>\n Accessories: <\/strong>Squat Stand, Cables<\/p>\n Incline: <\/strong>suggested levels (Adjust based on your strength)<\/em><\/p>\n Medium-High level<\/em><\/p>\n Lower-Medium level<\/em><\/p>\n Complete each of these tasks to earn your Day 1 badge<\/strong> on the Summer Camp Board!<\/p>\n Strong starts don<\/strong>\u2019<\/strong>t have to be perfect, just intentional. <\/strong>Even a small effort can lead to big momentum.
